Right of Withdrawal

"Consumer" within the meaning of this withdrawal policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you have given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon our commencement of the contract performance, and we have provided you with the content of this information within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods or before the commencement of the service on a durable medium. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
